Today it seems that most beauty products are full of chemicals, plastics, and other harmful materials. But the things you put on your body shouldn't be dangerous - there are plenty of natural alternatives to your favorite bath and body products. 

Coconut oil: Coconut oil is the duct tape of the beauty world. You can use as a moisturizer, a conditioner, and a teeth whitener. After your evening facial cleansing routine, use a pea-sized amount of coconut oil to moisturize your face. You can also use it as a leave-in conditioner, but don't forget to wrap your hair in a shower cap so your pillow isn't soaked in oil. 

Baking soda: Baking soda doubles as a deep-cleaning stain remover for your teeth. Mix baking soda with water to create a paste, and brush your teeth with the mixture before bed. To avoid teeth sensitivity, try this once or twice a week rather than every day. 

Lemons: Naturally antibacterial, lemons can gently cleanse the face of toxins and bacterial that cause dull skin. Get rid of blackheads by rubbing half of a lemon on your face. Mix lemon juice into your coconut oil moisturizer for a clearer, brighter complexion. Lemons work as a natural exfoliator, so
