Returns, Exchanges, & Repairs
• Full-priced items may be returned for a refund within 30 days. For returns, a refund will be issued in the original form of payment, less any shipping costs, unless store credit is requested.
• Customers are responsible for obtaining return shipping labels for any and all returns. A return authorization number must be obtained from our customer service team before sending in your item. Any item sent to us without a return authorization number will be returned to the sender.

• Once your return/exchange is received and processed, you will receive a return/exchange email confirmation. This will occur within 2 days of receipt.
• Items returned must be in new, unworn condition with all original packaging. Each item is inspected for quality control before shipments and returns are processed. If a returned item appears to be worn or damaged it will be returned to the purchaser.
• Custom or special orders, personalized, engraved, flash sale items, or otherwise altered pieces are final sale and non-returnable.

• Accidents happen! If you break your Adorn512 jewelry, please fill out the form below with a description of the breakage and any photos you may have. A repair authorization number must be obtained from our customer service team before sending in your item. Any item sent to us without a repair authorization number will be returned to the sender.
